NH Hotel Group recognized at European Hospitality Awards for its technological proposal 

NH Collection Eurobuilding wins in the category Best Use of Technology


London - NH Hotel Group has won the Best Use of Technology Award at the 2015 European Hospitality Awards. The award was presented at a ceremony in London, attended by leading figures in the global hospitality industry. The award recognizes hotels that have implemented technology to make the hotel more appealing for the guests, elevated the brand or defined the modernization of the hotel's front and back offices

Extraordinary experience

NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding re-opened in September 2014 and has been transformed into a pioneering hotel in which the use of the state-of-art technology delivers an extraordinary customer experience, for both business and leisure. To support the meetings segment, NH Hotel Group has introduced 3D Holographic Telepresence technology, used for the first time on a permanent basis in a hotel, and also next generation video conference solutions. This 'High Tech Made Easy' service concept is designed to enable high-performance and high-impact meetings and events. NH Collection Eurobuilding also offers a 300m² LED Vault screen – the largest installed in a European hotel – that gives guests the opportunity ton display personalized content and 3D digital artwork. 
The hotel also offers the Living Lab concept: hotel rooms that offer guests the chance to try out cutting edge technologies such as video support service via tablets or wireless charging of mobile devices.

NH Collection is NH Hotel Group’s premium brand within a new brand architecture introduced last year as part of its strategic five-year business plan. By the end of 2015, the Group will be operating nearly 60 hotels under the NH Collection brand, as it invests €227 in its properties as part of its re-positioning plan.
