Chief Commercial Officer - Minor Hotels

Ian Di Tullio is Chief Commercial Officer at Minor Hotels. He heads global Brand, Marketing, Digital, Global Sales, Loyalty, Marketing, PR and Revenue & Distribution across the group, which owns and operates more than 530 hotels in 56 countries.

 

Ian has extensive global managerial experience within large multinational organisations and a proven track record managing multi-cultural teams at senior levels. In his previous role as Chief Commercial Officer for Accor, he led the commercial management and marketing efforts for Europe & North Africa, overseeing a portfolio of nearly 3,000 hotels ranging from economy to luxury and management to franchise operating models.  

With a keen focus on customer-centric strategies and deep expertise in loyalty, analytics, customer engagement and digital, Ian is a recognised international executive with a strong track record of driving commercial success and fostering innovation. He has consistently pushed the boundaries of traditional commercial practices in senior roles at Accor, Qatar Airways and Air Canada, notably leading the creation of industry-leading loyalty and distribution ecosystems.

Ian earned his PhD in Marketing from Cranfield University in the UK. He also holds an executive MBA from Queen’s University in Canada, and has pursued executive education in Marketing Analytics from The Wharton School. His international experience, cultural fluidity and fluency in English, French, and Italian enable him to navigate diverse markets with ease.
