The Christmas tree and lobby display will celebrate the theme of travel in a first-of-its-kind collaboration
This year, Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, a landmark in luxury hospitality in the heart of Rome, gets ready to celebrate Christmas with a prestigious partner. The hotel’s impressive Christmas tree will be made in collaboration with luxury furniture brand Bentley Home – part of the Luxury Living Group and the only company that develops, produces and distributes collections of Made-in-Italy furniture for the most famous international luxury and design brands.
Located in the neoclassical Lobby Bar, the grand tree is also a veritable design installation, adorned with iconic Bentley Home signature decorations inspired by the style of the British automotive brand of the same name. The Christmas ornaments include handmade stars, lanterns and garlands embossed with the Bentley logo especially for Anantara Palazzo Naiadi using unique upcycled leather from Bentley Home products to represent tailoring in harmony with the planet.
The decoration of the sumptuous and sustainable tree has also inspired eight different areas throughout the entire Lobby, which have been loaned a selection of best-selling furniture products by Bentley Home, to represent a concept of extraordinary and timeless luxury. The inviting seating collections will enhance the hotel spaces through warm-toned hues such as briarwood, Calacatta marble and Valentine grey, as well as leather and premium fabrics such as velvet and wool, defined by iconic patterns and new prints for an understated, luxurious aesthetic.
This is the first time Bentley Home and Anantara Palazzo Naiadi have worked together on a Christmas display, and the theme – a celebration of travel – encapsulates the shared vision of both brands. Bentley Home believes in “Extraordinary Journeys”, and the Anantara ethos is "Life is a Journey" so the partnership was a natural fit. Anantara Palazzo Naiadi has always been a destination for travellers to Italy in search of beauty, history and wonder to build unique memories. This festive partnership with Bentley Home represents a celebration of innovation whilst retaining the enduring legacy of authentic luxury, at the heart of both brands.
Christmas magic will begin with the extraordinary tree lighting ceremony on 28 November and will continue until 6 January 2024 with the Sundown Ceremony, held every day from 6.30 pm in the Lobby's Bentley Private Bar, for those who would like a personalised cocktail prepared with flair by Bentley’s expert bartenders. But that's not all: until 6 January, every day from 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm, guests are invited to enjoy Christmas Tea with traditional sweet and savoury bites prepared by Executive Chef Heros De Agostinis and Pastry Chef Daniele De Santi to accompany fine teas with evocative festive aromas.
