Minor Hotels to Introduce NH Hotels & Resorts Brand to Bangkok

Global hospitality group Minor Hotels announces the signing of a management agreement with Boulevard Hotel Company Limited for a hotel in central Bangkok, Thailand. The signing will introduce Minor Hotels’ NH Hotels & Resorts brand in the Thai capital and will be the second NH property in Thailand after the NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort.

Located in the vibrant heart of Bangkok’s bustling commercial and shopping district, just off Sukhumvit Road, the 309-key property offers guests unparalleled convenience. Its prime location, only 200 meters from the BTS SkyTrain public transportation system, ensures guests can easily explore Bangkok’s attractions, world-class shopping centres and restaurants, and is within walking distance of the renowned Bumrungrad International Hospital. The hotel is just a 30-minute drive from Bangkok’s main airport, Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK).

Currently operating as the Boulevard Hotel Bangkok, the property recently completed extensive renovations of its guest rooms, lobby, restaurant and pool areas. The newly designed rooms, including a mix of lead-in and deluxe rooms and suites across two wings, feature a contemporary design in neutral earth tones and modern fixtures, offering leisure and business guests the brilliant basics they need for work, rest and enjoyment. The property’s amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, meeting facilities, a fitness centre and a large outdoor swimming pool.

Minor Hotels expects to rebrand the property as NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard in Q4 of this year after adding NH’s brand touches over the coming months. In the interim, the hotel will operate as the Boulevard Hotel Bangkok under Minor Hotels’ management.

NH Hotels & Resorts, one of Minor Hotels’ eight brands, was founded in Spain in 1978. Today, Minor Hotels operates over 230 NH properties globally, predominantly in Europe and the Americas. The NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard is part of Minor Hotels’ strategy to cross-develop its brands globally, introducing the NH Hotels & Resorts brand into Asia. NH Bangkok Sukhumvit Boulevard follows the first property in Thailand, the NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort, which opened in 2022, and NH Zhengzhou Jinshui in China in 2023.
