Conferred by Great Place To Work®, a renowned authority on workplace culture, the certification underscores Minor Hotels' dedication to fostering an environment where its team members thrive and feel valued.
Through an anonymous survey of team members, Minor Hotels, which operates more than 550 hotels worldwide, has demonstrated its unwavering commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace environment.
Results of the survey, which achieved 92% participation, showed Minor Hotels scored highly in diversity and inclusivity. Team members reporting they feel fairly treated regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation or age.
