TIME Names Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel Among its World's Greatest Places

Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel, situated in a 13th-century cliffside Capuchin convent in one of Italy’s most popular getaway destinations, has been announced today as one of TIME’s 2024 World's Greatest Places.

To compile this list, TIME solicited nominations of places—including hotels, cruises, restaurants, attractions, museums, parks, and more—from its international network of correspondents and contributors, as well as via an application process, with an eye toward those offering new and exciting experiences.
