Zuma Phuket, the well-loved seasonal restaurant that launched in 2016, will once again return to Anantara Layan Phuket Resort. Due to its huge popularity, this year, Zuma will extend its seasonal presence in Phuket to April 2026.
Nestled in The Beach House, Zuma Phuket features a main kitchen, sushi bar and an open robata grill kitchen, inviting guests to watch the chefs at work. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Andaman Sea, guests can savor modern Japanese dishes in a relaxed beachside atmosphere.
This season, guests can enjoy the signature Daikoku dining tasting menu priced at THB 4,850 per person and premium Daikoku tasting menu priced at THB 6,950 per person, offering a delightful journey through Zuma's finest dishes. Highlights include Japanese Wagyu Tataki, Truffle Ponzu, Sliced Chu Toro with Chili Ponzu Coriander and Garlic Crisps, Japanese A4 Wagyu Sirloin with Truffle Sauce and Chili Ponzu. Each tasting menu concludes with a deluxe dessert platter.
Zuma Weekend brunch is available from 12:30pm to 3pm, offering an elegant yet relaxed dining experience perfect for travelers. Guests can choose from two Baikingu menus: a food only selection priced at THB 3,900 per person or a more indulgent food and champagne combination for THB 5,300 per person. The brunch begins with a spread of Zuma popular dishes served to the table for guests to share. These include dishes like Fried Softshell Crab with Wasabi Mayonnaise, White Shrimp Tempura with Chili Mayonnaise and Lime, Sweet Potato with Teriyaki Glaze and Sesame, Pork Gyoza with Spicy Dipping as well as a range of sashimi, nigiri and maki. Guests have a choice of one main course per person. Options range from Chilean Sea Bass with Green Chili Ginger, Glazed Spicy Pork Ribs with Hoisin Sauce and Teriyaki Salmon Filet with Pickled Cucumber and more. The meal is completed with a deluxe dessert platter to be shared.
In addition to the exceptional dining experience, guests can savor Zuma's Japanese-inspired cocktails, with live DJ music setting the mood, creating unforgettable memories in this enchanting space.
