Minor Hotels Launches MICE Campaign with Corporate Early Bird Deals to Elevate Corporate Events Across Australia and New Zealand
Minor Hotels’ MICE campaign for AU/NZ makes corporate event planning easy with streamlined booking and premium venues. Those who book by August 31, 2025, for events held by June 30, 2026, can access Corporate Early Bird Deals, including exclusive perks, complimentary meeting room upgrades, free guest rooms, cocktail receptions, and event discounts.
27 March 2025 – Minor Hotels has introduced its latest MICE campaign to address the evolving needs of corporate event organisers by providing an efficient booking process, as well as Corporate Early Bird Deals, to add even more value to the experience.
With corporate bookings increasingly shifting to shorter lead times and clients opting for direct bookings with venues, the new campaign is tailored for companies seeking flexibility, convenience, and high-quality execution for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events. Some of its key features are a live booking tool for instant reservations and a dedicated events team to deliver a seamless planning process.
The campaign is being rolled out across Minor Hotels’ key regions - Asia, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East - allowing planners to receive consistent value-added benefits and seamless booking experiences across the entire Minor Hotels portfolio.
Daniel Csortan, Head of Commercial, Minor Hotels Australasia, said the first half of the year has always been a crucial period for corporate event planning, making this campaign’s timing ideal.
“Businesses today need more than just an event space - they need an efficient, end-to-end solution that allows them to focus on delivering experiences with an impact,” he said. “This is especially true for high-growth industries like FinTech, real estate, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals, which are a selection of sectors we host for corporate events. Minor Hotels streamlines the process with flexible booking, premium venues, and dedicated support, ensuring planners can plan and run events with ease.”
Minor Hotels offers event spaces in sought-after destinations, ranging from Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in regional NSW, which features 25 adaptable function spaces, audio-visual technology, and vineyard views, alongside on-site golf, dining, and spa services, through to Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel, which offers contemporary conference spaces for up to 160 guests, featuring versatile layouts, premium amenities, and a central city location.
As well as destination diversity, planners benefit from a range of value-added offerings, including flexible accommodation options and gourmet catering. Additionally, continued investment in AV and digital infrastructure is enhancing the capabilities of both hybrid and in-person events, keeping pace with the evolving expectations of modern meetings.
Businesses that confirm corporate events by August 31, 2025, for events held by June 30, 2026, can unlock tailored benefits. Clients may choose two of the following: complimentary meeting room upgrades, one free room per 20 paid rooms (up to four rooms per night), a complimentary cocktail reception for up to 20 guests, or a 5% discount on bookings over $25,001 (not combinable with the cocktail reception offer).
