Anantara Hotels & Resorts, a luxury hospitality brand for modern travellers, introduces Suite Time Privilege, a new executive benefit for guests reserving select luxury suites across its European portfolio. Designed to offer the scheduling freedom modern travellers value, this enhanced flexibility resets the clock by allowing guests to set their own arrival and departure times, removing the need to book an additional night.

Designed to address the realities of long-distance and overnight travel, the Suite Time Privilege offers greater freedom and convenience to guests whose journeys span multiple time zones, where early arrivals often disrupt the desire for a more seamless, restorative stay.

With the new Suite Time Privilege, guests can check in and check out at the time of their choice, with complimentary round trip airport transfers and in-room breakfast ensuring a smooth transition from touchdown to suite. Travellers simply share their flight details and preferred schedule at least 72 hours before arrival, allowing Anantara’s teams to coordinate room readiness, housekeeping and complimentary private transfers with precision. From the moment of their landing, the stay is carried forward with Anantara’s signature sense of calm and intuitive care.

“The new Suite Time Privilege gives travellers control over their time, reflecting Anantara’s commitment to personalised hospitality,” said Giles Selves, Senior Vice President Luxury Hotels Europe and Americas at Minor Hotels, Anantara’s parent company. “In a world that rarely slows down, Anantara offers the gift of time: to arrive gently, to linger and to savour the full experience of a suite stay. Many of our guests cross multiple time zones and juggle demanding schedules. Flex Stay is our way of giving them a smoother, more intuitive journey.”

Privileges with a sense of place

By adding Suite Time Privilege to existing Flex Stay benefits, Anantara further elevates its sense of care, enriching each stay with moments of craftsmanship, wellbeing and local character. At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, suite guests receive complimentary diamond polishing by the master artisans of GASSAN Diamonds; at Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel, Presidential Suite guests are treated to a restorative massage; and at Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel, travellers are welcomed with a refined tea time experience at Les Colonnades lounge.

Suite Time Privilege is available exclusively for eligible suite categories and is subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to share their arrival and departure details at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the smoothest possible experience.
