With more than three decades of international hospitality experience, Duboscq brings a proven track record of leading world-class resorts across Asia, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean. A native of France, he began his career with leading global brands including Starwood, before spending over 14 years with Shangri‑La. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Shangri‑La Colombo in Sri Lanka.

Throughout his career, Duboscq has led diverse teams across Oman, Singapore, Indonesia, the Maldives and New Caledonia. He is recognised for strengthening service cultures, driving operational excellence and delivering consistently elevated guest experiences.
